“A staff associate, was excellent, Dody, he was very fluent in English and help us a lot, he provide us with a complete program to go to train station and to exit it and wrote messages in Japanese for the taxi driver, he was excellent. About the hotel I suggest the smoking room should have a bench or chairs and maybe add some music so smokers don’t feel it like being in prison, I renamed the smoking rooms in Japan as the “SMOKING CAGE” 😂”
