-Villa Gland with Pool and Whirlpool is a charming stone villa in Nin and offers around 75 m² of living space for up to 4 guests. The accommodation combines authentic Dalmatian architecture with its own outdoor area of approx. 900 m², a private pool, whirlpool, covered terrace areas and plenty of space to relax.



Inside, guests will find a cosy living area with an integrated kitchen, natural stone and wood elements, and a warm, distinctive atmosphere. The open bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and features a tastefully designed en-suite bathroom with a shower-bathtub. A wooden staircase leads from the bedroom to the attic level, where another double bed is available. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living area ensures pleasant comfort even on warm summer days.



The spacious outdoor area is one of the villa’s highlights. Directly by the pool, there is a covered terrace with sun loungers – ideal for relaxing in the shade. Next to the terrace, the whirlpool invites guests to unwind and enjoy peaceful moments. A spiral staircase leads to the upper sun terrace with seating, offering a lovely place to retreat and relax. A built-in barbecue is also available on the property, perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors.



The villa is located in the historic royal town of Nin, only around 200 m from a bakery and supermarket and approx. 150 m from the nearest restaurant. The beach is about 1.2 km away and can be reached easily on foot or by bicycle. The surroundings of Nin, with its sandy beaches, historic old town and proximity to Zadar, are ideal for families, couples and guests looking for a peaceful holiday with a special atmosphere.



There is another separate accommodation unit on the overall estate. Villa Gland, however, has its own designated outdoor area of approx. 900 m² with pool and whirlpool. Parking is available directly on the property. Dogs are welcome. A security deposit of €300.00 is payable on arrival.
