“We absolutely loved the entire stay. We enjoyed the dining, bowling, arcade and for me, the laser tag (because I won both games, too!). Staff were helpful and friendly in all areas of the property. We didn't need to go far to experience wonderful, like at Nolaa's and the elementary school that was used in the film of A Christmas Story was not far away. “Great resort. As observed, It seems to be popular for the elderly. Staff are attentive and friendly but too many are like body guards. Multi-purpose hotel as it seems to be a busy place for squash players, corporate events and gym fitness goers. Dinner at LIV Restaurant is top notch quality food and delicious. Best to go mon-wed for their 2 can dine deal. Hotel is clean but shower was not a real “steam shower” as advertised. The hotel room looks pristine but not a super modern style as I would...

“The rooms are huge and clean and modern. The breakfast is excellent with quality food. Staff are super friendly. My only complaint would be with the gym. The floors are slippery and the mats that they have are not appropriate as they slip and slide on the already slippery floor. Gym is otherwise nice.”

“I stayed alone on a Saturday and felt safe enough. I was on the second floor by the metal stairs. It is a motel - so perhaps a bit louder with traffic and general background noise. No coffee maker in the room is my only real complaint.”
