Very nice location next to Lake Ontario. Noticed the hotel has a nice size pool, great if you have kids with you.
As ours was a quick overnighter we didn't use the facilities or neighbouring restaurant, but I would recommend this Ramada to anyone who needs to stay in at area. ”

We've stayed here before because of the great location and proximity to the mall and easy access to get to wineries.
We also enjoy the pool as it's long enough for swimming laps.
However, one small issue...
We asked for a couple of wine glasses for the room and were told a flat out "NO".
It was rather unapologetic...just a straight NO, from the woman at the front desk.
So we had to set out to try and buy some.
It didn't seem like an unreasonable...
“The key point of this property is what it is named for... the Welland Canal Lock 7. From your patio or balcony you get to watch 300+ meter ships making their way from Lake Ontario to Lake Eire (or the reverse). It's a spectacle. The property is a pleasant spot run by a really nice family. ”
