“Ett mysigt hotell i ett lugnt område. Fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mysiga omgivningar runt hotellet. Rummen var stora och rena, tyvärr inte heltäckningsmattan då vita strumpor blev helt svarta av att gå på den. Men i övrigt väl underhållet och rent.
Området är mysigt men väldigt off. Ca 30min att gå till Algiers Ferry som tar oss till Downtown. Endast 1 cafe på området, dock inte öppet på helgerna. Men i Algiers finns många fina cafeer och barer. Går också att ta buss både till...
“First of all, great beds! This was our last stop on a 2 week trip and this was by far the best beds. Clean room, nice staff and you can easy take the bus in to Central City for 2 dollars right outside the hotel. Now the downside, the breakfast. The food was ok but that was not what bothered us. It's all the plastic once in a lifetime use that just throws in the trash. It is appalling really to see in this plastic-crisis in the world how you have no consideration for the planet. You can do better...

Vi kollade aldrig in lilla poolen på insidan. Hotellet är super nära bourbon street och det mesta som Cafe du Monde etc. Vi var nöjda! "

"Great and nice security people.
Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person.
Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order.
Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

We recommend Frenchman street much better unless you are 21 and just wanna drink and party.
The food along Canal street is not great and overpriced, like most in tourist areas.
The breakfast at Sonesta hotel was okey, a couple of veggies and it would be better.
The bed was really good!
No pressure in the shower unless you turned it all the way up to the hottest, burning!
No housekeeping unless you stayed at least 7 nights, new towels where available at the front desk.
Laundry room was 4 dollar per machine and wash. "
