“We had an excellent time staying in this cottage. There was enough space for everyone. on a beautiful shallow lake, great for young kids. Walking distance into downtown Sundridge with a beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store and a fresh water spring close by to refill drinking water. We would definitely stay again. Only downside was having to take our garbage with us in the end and we were not provided a ticket from the host to drop off at the local dump. Otherwise excellent place for families...

“We couldn’t have asked for a nicer week away from it all! It’s a beautiful, well-taken care of house ready for guests on a gorgeous lakeside lot. We enjoyed the lake – made some attempts at fishing from the dock, did lots of swimming, paddling/kayaking, and equal portions of just taking it easy most days, but we also ventured to North Bay for the mid-day boat cruise and some exploring which was fun. Thanks for making your family’s home available, Shawna. ”

Everything was fully stocked and clean. It’s in a great location with many activities near by. I highly recommend staying here, we plan to visit again in the future.”

The water was nice for swimming, the kitchen was great, and the general space had lots of places for people to hang out and relax. It was lovely and quiet, and not too close to the neighbours. “My family (me, my mom, and uncle) had a wonderful time at Tim's cottage--and he was a kind and helpful host! It's spacious, modern, and on a beautiful spot on the lake close to town (but still really quiet). The kitchen is well-appointed (it even has an air fryer!), too, which we really appreciated. I would definitely rent this cottage again--I wish I was still there now, in fact! (Bring bug spray, and water shoes if you plan on walking straight into the lake--it's a little mushy/rocky). ”

“The property was very impressive. Outside and inside was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here as it has everything you need for a 7 - day holiday.
