“The hotel is lovely but it is remote. Grabcar doesn’t come here, you must arrange your own ride. Only two restaurants in the vicinity; no restaurant in the hotel itself. No shops, no massage salons, nothing but surfing and rice fields. The hotel pool was lovely with lounge chairs. ”

I needed a late check-out due to my travel plans, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to check out much later than the official time, which was a huge help. “This was almost new and beautiful but the only thing is it was out of the way with no staff on and only a scannable QR code to contact the manager upon arrival. Thank goodness our driver helped us with his days as we had no way of connecting with the manager to check in”
