“Mycket bra familjerum. Vi var 5 vxn och hade gott om plats. Onsen på hotellet var toppklass, underbart att gå dit efter en dag i backen. Frukosten ok.Läget lugnt och skönt, shuttles fr hotellet gick ofta till Anapuri och Hirafu. Mycket bra restauranger i närområdet, pickup-service till de flesta.”

“All right hotel. Ski vale and the ski lift makes this hotel survive. Other than that, worn down and getting a old look on everything. They should also throw out the weird gas flare in the center of the lobby. Get a real fire instead. ”

“Location great but only if you have a car. All in all a very old (40-50 years without major renovations?) but practical hotel. If you can get it for a cheap price it’s for sure worth it as it is close to skiing, to Hirafu and has breakfast, onsen and wifi included. If not cheap though you’d feel this is not worth the money. Good: Great out-door onsen (and only one in the area that allows mixed male/female Okay: room size and comfort Not so good: very old facilities, not so friendly staff...

“Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

“Ett nybyggt hotell med aurcond som med mycket högt ljud startar någon form av process varje timma hela natten är inget man vill rekommendera. Mgmt kände nog till det och en reparatör var inblandad men ursäktade sig men kunde inte göra något.”

“A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. ”

“This is a nice but a little bit fading hotel. Very good location ski in/out. Nice onsen with outdoor pool. Very good breakfast but only untul 9:30. Biggest drawback is that all rooms are smoking rooms and they are smelling.”

“We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch.
