“Location great but only if you have a car. All in all a very old (40-50 years without major renovations?) but practical hotel. If you can get it for a cheap price it’s for sure worth it as it is close to skiing, to Hirafu and has breakfast, onsen and wifi included. If not cheap though you’d feel this is not worth the money. Good: Great out-door onsen (and only one in the area that allows mixed male/female Okay: room size and comfort Not so good: very old facilities, not so friendly staff...

“Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

“Excellent suites, staff, and mountain access. Parking was clunky, and the bar needed better options for drinks and mixers since it’s a very western traveler appeal. Nespresso in rooms is a great touch and loved having washer dryer in room. Noone was in the onsen with me the entire 5 day stay. Would definitely come back and stay!!! ”
