“since 2015 i have traveled and flown over 50 times, i believe i am a van traveler. Never have I been so unpleasantly approached, an arrogant and attempt to degrading and indifferent staff. It started when we were to check in, after a 24-hour journey, so I did not show my frivolity to this girl and already her relationship with me was destroyed. (I let a glass stand overnight so that I would have room...

“Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language.”
