“The room was stinky”

“The breakfast was actually great for a hotel breakfast. Had a pancake maker, waffles, hot breakfast, cold options, and drinks and coffee. The lady checks your room number and how many people as you walk in to each which is a little strange and off putting but overall the staff was very kind. The room was okay as far as cleanliness. It had a strange smell like wet dog and we found hairs in the bathtub area that were certainly not ours. Also hairs stuck around the bottom of the toilet from where...

“Great sleep. Basic amenities plus a nice coffee shop 8-5. We arrived after hours and had a bit of a challenge with key code. Fast response to phone call. Not ready for all levels of mobility as the elevator is not operating and the stairs to rooms are many.”

“We were VERY PLEASED with our stay at Best Western in Springfield, Missouri, from the moment we walked in the door, until we checked out. The staff was exceptional. The room was great. The breakfast was very good and served with such grace.”
