“Clean nice cozy room Unique Only it didn’t have an iron”

“My son and I visited Springfield for a baseball tournament and were pleased with our stay at this property. We were close to downtown and MSU, which provided plenty of options for food and activities. The apartment provided a stocked kitchen, including coffee which was nice in the morning and the host was easy to communicate with. Simple procedures for checkout, which was appreciated as well!”

“Property was centrally located and in an excellent location for the Route 66 ballpark. The rooms were clean and the kitchen space was nice to have. The furniture was a bit outdated and not very comfortable. The lighting and air conditioning was also not the best but sufficient. Overall, it worked for us for a weekend stay.......”

“It’s a very nice rental for a night or a week, with shops, restaurants, and quaint beverage establishments a short walk away. It’s also very close to the MSU campus. The parking is free and in back of the building.it’s trendy, modern, and nicely appointed. The kitchen has all you need. We had great stay, and highly recommend Picwick Place.”

“Very conveniently located a 9 minute walk from downtown. Beautifully decorated and stoked with supplies you may forget or need. Only complaint is there no microwave so if you're staying for more than a few nights or want a late night munchie you're kinda SOL. This is not fault of the host but there is a family located downstairs who smoke and have a dog who will bark at and playfully chase you ”

“Even though the property is on steep ground, there is plenty of flat area parking. We had motorcycles and had no problems. The accommodations were clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. Lots of different zones for escape. Back deck is covered with view of lake. Salt water pool was a great change to chlorine, also has poolside restrooms for convenience. Our hosts have been very quick to respond with any questions you might have. Also very accommodating. All over great stay for those...
