"Very clean, and spacious rum for Tokyo Kind of felt like the daily rum cleaners had a hard time keeping up, leaving the occasional thing out of place :/ They say that for sustainability they won't clean your rum every day, only every 3 days. Which for us it's fine. They do come in every day to change the towels and take out the trash, which is it needed to get new towels every day? And we noticed that when 1 of our toilet papers had like 25% left they would take it and throw it out in the garbage... Which doesn't make sense for sustainability reasons. I would stay there again. The staff was very helpful."

"Good place and good service for most. I would give a full five but got really disappointed when they refused to receive a package. After 1 h and 30 minutes of conferencing between the delivery driver and lobby staff they agreed. They could handled it better. The elevators are a nightmare sometimes. Take a while to get up or down because of many people use it the wrong way. "
