“Great apartment, clean, comfortable in a great location. We were 6 minutes walk from the Amphitheater where it has a nice piazza with restaurants and shops. Alessandro who greeted us was excellent, he gave us suggestions for restaurants, locations to visit, best gelato, cafes and even marked on the map for us. We had a great time and greatly recommend this apartment.”

Er hat uns auch eine tolle Pizzeria empfohlen (Ruota) und in seinen Hund Coco haben wir uns gleich verliebt! Das Haus ist originell und liebevoll eingerichtet, viel selbst gemacht und man merkt Flavios Talent fürs Handwerk. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war alles ausreichend. Vielen Dank!”

“Man muss davon ausgehen, dass es in einem Jahr zu einer guten Adresse werden wird. Trotz der Angaben des Inserates sind alle Anfrage ausschließlich per Festnetztelefonie zu erhalten. (Schlüsselcodes, WLAN-Schlüssel, Toilettenpapier…) Zudem wird die obere Etage aktuell renoviert, was den Urlaub weniger entspannend macht. Das Apartment und dessen Küche ist sehr schön und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Mit nur 15 Minuten erreicht man die Altstadt zu Fuß und von dort aus kann man gemütlich alle...

“The property was fantastic with excellent facilities. The bedrooms are all large doubles. The garden is beautiful. The only thing missing is a swimming pool, although there is a hot tub. While Grezzana is a small town and a little remote, it does have its own charm and local wineries. It's a good base to explore the region with a 20 minute drive into Verona, which is an amazing city, 40 minutes to Sirmione on Lake Garda and 1 hour 15 minutes from Venice.”
