“This was the perfect condo for our stay. The area was nice, the location was perfect, and there was plenty of stuff to do around the area. There is some construction going on near the complex but the hours they started working did not affect us and we heard nothing. The owner was quick to respond to communications and very helpful. They had beach equipment and supplies available which made our beach days much more convenient. If it’s available, book it!”

“This property has many good features including the location, the view from the balcony, the size of the unit, the furnishings, the building security and the ample parking. It needs to be noted that the second bedroom is an interior room with no exterior view. The AC units for the bedrooms were great, but the fan for the unit servicing the main living area needs maintenance. I recommend this condo for a couple, but I would not recommend it for a group requiring two bedrooms.”

“We were greeted by Anna the minute we arrived at the property. Anna provided an informative overview of the property. She was so incredibly friendly! The property was delightful! It was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful! Great location; close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. We felt so safe! We were already having conversation about returning before we even left! Thank you so much Aruba! We absolutely loved your friendly island and can’t wait to return!”

“The place was exactly as expected. John was a more than gracious host from the onset. We committed to the week last minute and every went as smooth as possible. The communication was excellent from the check in process to our communication via email and texts. John recommended a few different things to see and do and they were great. “This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was in a great location on site; close to the parking lot and pool. The complex is right across from the beach. There were plenty of water/ beach toys for my son and beach chairs for everyone. Even a wagon to tote all the fun to the beach! The unit was well stocked with towels and dishes. The owner was helpful and responsive with any questions.”

The large pool was never crowded and the property ground were kept clean. The condo itself had plenty of room and was exceptionally clean. “The large unit is exceptional, featuring brand new appliances and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. The terrace is fantastic, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco (we ate all of our meals there).
