“Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. ”

“Overall is this a cute house in a convenient location! While the proximity to the highway is great for going to attractions-there is a decent amount of traffic noise at the house. The biggest thing to note-as seen in other reviews is that this is not a true 3BR. Two of the rooms are connected by a sliding barn door. The house is decorated in a vintage/antique style-thus some of the beds are squeaky and not the most comfy! We were traveling with kids and enjoyed that there was a park walkable...

“We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. We also had an issue getting into the property but after calling the property manager, She was able to get us right in with no problem. Thank you for the...

“I reserved this VRBO so our team would not have to fight Atlanta traffic in order to reach Georgia Tech for business. It worked out perfectly. Our group changed from 5 women to 3 women and 1 couple, but the accommodations continued to work well. I appreciate the hostess and her communication with me as we made our plans. I highly recommend this VBRO. The neighborhood is older but no problems at all.”

“Everything about our stay was fantastic!! If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! The entire place was clean and really did feel like home for the short time my brothers and I were in Atlanta. The area feels very safe and I can’t say enough about how well we were treated by Shannon and her husband. You won’t regret booking with them. I can’t say how happy I was with the whole experience and what a great time we had!”

“The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. ”

“Our family of 4 stayed here for Easter weekend and it was such a pleasure. The entire experience was amazing from booking to checkout. The house is exactly as described, and pictured. It was in impeccable condition and super clean. It only has on street parking but that was never an issue as there was always space in front of the house. Kitchen dishes, glassware and utensils for 10 and appropriate cookware for being able to cook a meal. I highly recommend this house!”

“Such a cute little place, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Drive way needs some work and doesn’t work well for larger vehicles. Had to pick up the rugs because loose rugs on hard floors don’t work well with wheeled luggage but there was enough space for my crew and we would stay again.”

“We need a close location to a wedding venue for my daughters wedding with 5 bedrooms and space for bridesmaids to get makeup and hair the day of the wedding and this was perfect. Had an issue with a couple of items that the host quickly resolved wedding”

“We rented the 4 Seasons to be with family and to be close to the melting pot that is Buford Highway. Cozy neighborhood and close to the best food and thrifting in Georgia. Decor did not disappoint. Owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. Beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are a self-care haven. Hope to stay again soon!”

“Fantastic apartment. All worked well with the automated login, just make sure you have your email in your phone to get the codes. Very close to the metro. Clean and spacious two-storey apartment which was perfect for me. Will easily stay here again next time in Atlanta. ”

"Ett nybyggt läckert hotell som ligger en kort promenad från downtown. Nära även till div. arenor samt olympiaparken. Rummet var stort och fräscht med häftig belysning. Bra restaurang på hotellet! "

Not meeting what is promised

"The appartment was nice, little run down, entrence to hotel nice. We had room on 4th floor, but the walls felt thin because there was so much noice, both from street and other guests. We booked it because we wanted a kitchen. But kitchen was totally empty. We asked the reception and got a kitchen package, which had som plates, forks, spoons and kettles. No knives, no glasses or cups. When we asked again, they said it was not included, but they could give us some plastic cups - which never arrived. Non of the 2 TV was working, it took several exhances before it started to work. Overall, nice entrencence, nice space in the appartment but it really dont live up to expectations."
