“We had a great couple of days at Gran Ventana. Check in was quick and we got to go straight to the lunch buffet. We enjoyed the food both at the buffet and in the other restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s another pool in a peaceful and quiet area. We also appreciated the use of washable cups and no straws, to benefit the environment. House wine is not great, but there are other options.”
