“We had a wonderful time! The hotel was lovely, with great dinner options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I’ll definitely be returning. A couple of tips to share: Bring plenty of small bills ($1 and $5). Tipping is expected almost everywhere, and trust me—everyone anticipates a tip. Whatever change you bring will go quickly. By the end of our trip, I had to start using $10s and $20s, which can add up fast. Be cautious with the “free gift” for VIP membership....

“The swim up pleasure suite room was amazing! Lovely decor, great view! The stay started off terribly when I arrived I was informed the swim out suite I had booked was not available and the front desk manager tried to downgrade me to a normal pleasure suite or send over to the family side of the resort. After I complained and refused these options, they miraculously for a swim up pleasure suite for me! Putting me through a lot of distress for no reason it seems, it was also up setting the Clive...

“Perfect spot as a base camp for beach adventures, just a short ruta taxi down the road. Room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the food! The land is lush with greenery and all the walls have colorful murals.”

“Trevligt hotell och grymt fint rum (Deluxe extra) med utsikt över havet och balkong. Jättebra service från grymt trevlig personal. Frukostservicen till rummet var kanon! Den middag vi åt på hotellet var dock inte något extra, men det känns som att det gäller för Jamaica generellt. Hotellet har en egen bit av stranden, dit de kör en men vi hann inte kolla in den.”

“Lovely hotel from 1950 still in original style very well kept. The rooms are small but instead you have a large outdoor room with nice sofas and dining table with a view over the very nice and clean private beach. Food and service are also excellent. We also had the opportunity to see new burned turtles. My best recommendation to this hotel. ”

“Racquel is an amazing host she made us feel at home and very helpful excellent service from everyone in the resort. The kitchen needs to be upgraded I would definitely recommend. The place is very quiet and peaceful.”

“The property and staff could not have been any more spectacular. Our family group of 20, including a 7 month old and 17 month old, had every need met including delicious meals, perfectly served, and luxurious days lounging around the pool. Photo's do not do this wonderful private resort justice. The staff was nothing but dedicated to our comfort and enjoyment. Linda ensure everything was well prepared and always available to assist throughout the process. We can't wait to go back”

“The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport. ”

Good and bad help by the front desk.

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."

Problem with transfer

"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
