“This is in my opinion is one of the best hotels in America. It carries a lot of history from its inception as a train stop in the 1920's that enabled young girls to obtain jobs and find their eventual spouses. From these Fred Harvey girls on to guests who were shooting movies for Hollywood, the hotel has a wonderful history. “Väldigt otydliga och inte särskilt serviceinriktade vid incheckning. Frukosten betalade vi extra för, men den fick inte barn ta del av om de fyllt 12 år. Man kunde inte heller lägga till frukost för fler. Det visade sig även att frukosten var en måltid från menyn. Dricka, som kaffe, fick man köpa till extra. Det ingick ej i den frukost man lagt till och betalt för. Poolen var fylld med insekter.
Efter vi checkat ut visar det sig att de lagt på ytterligare 300 kr för natten av oklar...
“Troubles at check in, I booked and prepaid for two rooms but the first person only gave us one room and had a long discussion with me ragarding this even though I could provide receipt and booking confirmation. After a while a manager came and easily solved the problem and found my booking. Clean and spacious rooms!
