“Great hotel in a convenient location (right by a Loves gas station)! The hotel staff were all very kind and accommodating. The hotel room was clean but had a slight cigarette smell, especially on the bed. Other than that, this was a nice stay.”

“Beautiful historic hotel! The property is amazing; gardens, plenty of spots to lounge indoor and outdoor, museum on site that is full of the hotel's history, love the artwork throughout the hotel public spaces by one of the owners. Our room was cozy and had everything that we needed. Also, had reserved patio furniture just for us.”

“Think we had the oldest and most worn out room/house in the whole place. Cold and damp and even though the heater worked it was impossible to have it on because of the sound.
Everything was plastic.
No breakfast but free coffee. Close to the Canyon

“When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful.”

“Troubles at check in, I booked and prepaid for two rooms but the first person only gave us one room and had a long discussion with me ragarding this even though I could provide receipt and booking confirmation. After a while a manager came and easily solved the problem and found my booking. Clean and spacious rooms!
Really bad breakfast and the service staff at breakfast was not service minded or friendly at all. ”

“I was disappointed in the lack of an elevator. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The sink did not drain at all and I couldn’t call the desk because the phone didn’t work. We were quickly moved to another room. One of the beds was clearly soiled in about 24” area. Desk attendant was courteous and provided fresh linens. Good for the price and things happen. The biggest town there was no elevator other than that I would stay here again.”
