Expedia reservation was made for my brother. When he went down to extend his stay they did making a second reservation. My brother was charged twice for one stay. When I called the employee said he couldn't give a credit. The manager has to do so, but there was no manager there.”
“Room 323 needs to be checked and deep cleaned for mold. Very, and I mean very, strong smell of mold. It was extremely hard to breathe and kept my asthma acting up. We had to turn the AC as low as it would go to help keep the air circulating which froze us the entire time.
When you open the closet doors , you will find an extremely strong smell of mold as well along with 2 bags of moisture absorbers.
We had four adults so one had to use the pull out couch. The couch did not have any sheet...
