“It was clean that’s always my main concern, it felt safe, it was spacious plenty spacious. It had a hot tub, which was clean and very nice enjoyable. It had a deck where the hot tub was. It was really big lots of seating and rocking furniture, which I love. I could hear the pattern of the creek, but I couldn’t see it. The people were nice and when I needed something, they got it for me within a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Recommended and stay there again.”

There are lots of places to eat and entertainment in the surrounding area. We had a kitchenette and it had everything we needed had we decided to cook and eat in the room. “Unlikely to stay there again. It was quaint, but lacking in amenities. The lobby didn't open until 8:00 AM for coffee which is too late for an early riser. A small coffee maker in the room would solve this problem. Be aware (as I was not) you are renting a bedroom, no TV and you are a few miles from a restaurant so make sure you have snacks. This set-up may work for some travelers but I found it lacking in amenities that would make the stay a bit nicer. It was clean, but the pool was not open...

The location makes local towns like Highlands, Cashiers, and Brevard accessible with relatively short drives. There is lots of hiking and waterfalls in the local area. A great place to stay.”

“Beautiful location! This location fit our group of 24 well. Kitchen is stocked and the living room was perfect for our church volunteer group. Walks in the woods above the main buildings were fantastic. The host was also super responsive. We had some issues with hot water and water supply which the host was super gracious to fix personally.
