“This motel appeared to have been bought by a family from India. They were anxious to help and do things. I suspect the previous owners had not kept it up and they are doing a good job of fixing things. Attached to the motel is a bridge that takes you to a great spot to watch the sunrise. There are no restaurants close but are several across the bridge.”
“First of all the staff were nice. The room however was not as clean as it could be. Refrigerator had stuff spilled in it. Coffee maker did not look clean and the tray with the coffee and tea had an empty tea wrapper so I am sure they did not wipe down the tray or check it. “This property was outstanding in every way. Location to the downtown was an easy walk with a grocery store only two blocks away. The home was very clean and inviting both inside and out. King beds in every bedroom were comfortable and had lots of pillows along with fresh linens and towels. Quiet and relaxing made for the perfect stay.”

Very easy to work with, easy checkin...
“This historic location was an amazing home base for our girl’s trip to NE Iowa. It’s clean and such a unique place to stay. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Our favorite part was people watching from the sun room area, although margaritas on the back patio were a close second. :)”
