“The roof of the room I was initially assigned had a rainwater leak, and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The hair dryer in the next room didn't work either. Not a good place to stay, even for one night.”

“While the room was clean, the shower leaked and the wifi didn't work. Employees barely spoke English, and were difficult to understand, the breakfast was lacking anything of substance, and the people in the room above mine would not stop scrapping furniture across the floor. Other than that, the beds were clean and dry, the fridge and microwave worked, and the chairs didn't collapse.”

“Air conditioner made so much noise rattling that had to shut it off . Noise was loud . Thought a refrigerator was a common thing to have in room but no refrigerator. Tv was so small and to far away to see it . Had to sit close ti see it”

“The breakfast was only a grad and go style. No cereal or anything hot.”

“The room wasn't clean. The vinyl floors looked like the hadn't been moped in a while , the walls have some yellowish condensation, the linens looked dirty., and the window air conditioner barely worked. The positives lot of parking space, the hotel is close to the mall, and restaurants. They hotel's message said welcome to our newly remodeled hotel, I think the reception area looks fine, but the actual rooms need a lot of maintenance.”
