“Bryce was absolutely amazing and accommodating for my crew to stay 2 weeks while they were working by here. 10/10 recommend. Property was clean, well stocked, and had ample parking! Wonderful communication.”

“Excellent place for our needs”

“The house was huge. It was so clean. It was very accommodating to have four children and there with four adults. I will absolutely be staying there again if we ever are in the area.”

“The house was clean and more than enough linens and towels were provided.”

“Initially, when we arrived, the property looked unkempt. The “grass” had not been mowed. The front door jam (metal part) was pulling away from the base, which could have been a hazard to a younger child. When we walked in, the house smelled like sewer…BAD! We went and purchased some plug ins to help. The host was quick to respond and came over and flushed the system. It took awhile to get the smell out of the house. “We had a great stay at this lovely home. Perfect for our extended stay in Overland Park, this house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and updated throughout. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Amber is a great host and so accommodating to changes we needed to make prior to...

“House was very clean. Bathtub was very slick and deep, making it rather difficult to get out of. I would recommend putting some kind of anti-slip material in there.”

We did not cook at home so can't say for sure everything needed is there but it seemed to have the basics. There was food in the fridge, not sure if it was left by the last renters or for us by the owner. It appeared unopened but the items were odd - OJ, yogurt, flavored water, and Sprite Zero. The area was quiet, even...

“It's was perfect for my son and myself close enough to stores and restaurants”

“Home was clean and roomy, easy to find and in nice, quiet, neighborhood. Well located for our needs.”
