“Place and host were great! I would stay again but….you must know the neighbor is not so great. Parking is not so easy because of neighbor. If you’re able to walk down the hill from a cul-de-sac then you will have no issues. You must follow the rules of parking or else you will get a visit from your friendly neighborhood police officer! Just follow the rules and everything is perfect! Everyone is aware of this neighbor and the rest of the neighbors are willing to help out and work with you on...

“This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches”

“Easy process and awesome house”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay on Munson Street. It is short walk to a large grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. I especially would recommend a walk over to the Westboro neighborhood to see some grand Topeka houses. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the many features of the house, including the coffee-makers, washer and dryer, effective heat and AC, and nice back deck. I would definitely stay there again!”
