“We loved the property! The house had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, having coffee available was great, using the TV was simple, we LOVED sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. My only cretique would be the backyard needs a little TLC, but honestly with the huge front porch with beautiful views we probably wouldn't use the backyard anyway. We would stay again for sure!”

“We absolutely enjoyed the stay. The home was beautiful and cozy. Convenient location for everything. Our dogs enjoyed it the most. Barking at Chico, the neighbors Chihuahua, and the park that is right around the corner. Lake Trinidad was a nice experience. ”

“Great property for a get together of high school buddies. Plenty of beds, fuse-ball and basketball games, close to the golf course and restaurants, beautiful views.”

“We had the most wonderful time. We stayed 3 nights. On the second night, we got a couple inches of snow. It made it so magical for our 6 and 9 year old. We were able to have a snowball fight and build a snowman. We skied for 2 days. The drive in was down a dirt road but it just added to the majestic of our stay. We highly recommend Cowboy cabin and plan to stay here again! ”

“Stayed for the night on the way from DFW to Colorado. I felt like I was walking into my grandparents house back in the 70’s. I absolutely loved this place. It looks small on the outside but is massive on the inside. I e always stayed at the Best Western down the street but the highway traffic always woke us up. This is away from the highway in a quiet neighborhood. We slept great. ”

“Fantastic place.Krista is great to deal with.Very comfortable and well appointed.Good air conditioning.Kitchen is fully outfitted.Pet friendly but no evidence of prior animals.Very clean.Beautiful patio with a privacy fence to enclose your vehicle.Very sketchy neighbors, but they kept to themselves.Close to the highway, but quiet for the most part.”

“This was a perfect “home” for our family vacation. We enjoyed the bedroom arrangement as the 2 couples of us had our own rooms and the 2 almost adult girls like the 3rd floor all to themselves. The balcony got plenty of use. The location was perfect for fishing, eating, shopping, availability to all of downtown shops and coffee spots. The Mitch was well stocked with all the dishes and pits and pans we needed. It was clean and tidy. Thank you. We may ask for this place again. ”

“Casa del Río Rojo is a cute little duplex only a block from Main Street and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Small accommodations but clean and cozy.”

“Stayed for a week at this beautiful house! All pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. It did not feel like a vacation home but instead like we were invited for a holiday at a close friend’s home. This home had everything we needed and more. It is a very quiet and private property and just a short drive/walk into Arroyo Seco for groceries, restaurants, and shops and a 20 minute drive to all major sites. We loved coffee on the deck in the mornings and looking for wildlife in the evenings....

“We were visiting northeast New Mexico so we could explore new territory. A late snowstorm hit just before our arrival, and our host kept us informed about conditions as we drove to Angel Fire. We found the house clean and comfortable. Two master suites allowed us to invite relatives to stay over one night. The kitchen has all the basics. There’s a great walk-in shower next to one of the bedrooms. Although the location seems remote, Taos is only 24 miles away. The best of both worlds!”

“Very beautiful property nestled up next the the mountains with rabbits, chipmunks and birds. Wonderfully lanscped to bring out natural vegetation. A wonderful getaway for reading, thinking, and grounding oneself. Will definitly try to go back in the holidays. Its so cosy and inviting”
