Even when the weather was inclement we loved being ensconced on the tiny home, watching the storm unfold. It truly provided us with a time of refreshing and unplugging from daily...

5. Cozy Relaxing Amish Retreat minutes from Amish country!

Wooster

“The owner was very kind and great about checking in and communicating. The house was a good size and had everything we needed. The house is a bit dated , but the owner said they are working on remodeling. This did not affect our stay, but the home does look untouched since the 80's perhaps. We will definitely stay again. We attended the Horseman's Mission at the fairgrounds in Millersburg , and this location was a nice drive- not too far.”

9. The secluded Windy Hollow Retreat nestled in Amish Country in Holmes County

Millersburg

“If you’re looking for a nice stay in Amish Country this is the place. We had a wonderful time at Windy Hollow. Judy had the place spotless when we arrived. Easy check in and check out and it is so peaceful and quiet there! Cooked steaks on the grill in the evening then sat on the porch and watched the deer feed in the open field behind the house. Plenty of shopping and other things to do in the area. Never get tired of coming here. Looking forward to next year all ready and will definitely be...

The setting is extremely private, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing—an excellent spot for stargazing! Plus, it's conveniently located just 7 minutes away from all the activities at Oglebay Park Resort. The host did a great job outfitting the small space with useful...
