âWe stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed.
Itâs by far the worst Hyatt Iâve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasnât appreciated.
On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later.
The rooms are outdated...

âOur stay was good our check in was not they didnât get my reservation from hotels.com but they matched the price there were a couple features of the pool that didnât work but the kids still loved it my only real complaint is They didnât have an included breakfastâ

âThe only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy.â
