“This cabin was almost exactly what I was looking for! While we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, it looked perfect with lots of wood. “The property was beautiful with an amazing private beach that we enjoyed. The garage had a kayak and canoe and many other things we found useful. The place was spacious and had everything we needed! The only thing I would note is the amount of mosquitos and bugs inside around the windows especially at night, and the that the fire pit could be replaced because it was on its last leg due to rusting so it was falling apart. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again! ”

“The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first one. The quintessential cabin in the woods, just like a cabin should be in my opinion, hence 5 stars. Clean, super quiet and dark at night for a good rest in a good bed. Perfect location (for me at least) area explorations. A great host, too, to boot. Will definitely be back. ”

“We had a delightful stay at the Old Fashioned Suite! The check-in and check-out was simple and the cabin was very clean and well appointed to meet all of our needs. “The house was clean, comfortable and very easy to live out of for several days as we visited Door County towns and state parks.
