“6 of us were traveling for a convention and this place was very well priced and close to the World Congress Center. The first day we were there the A/C was out so it was hot and muggy but the host was quick to send someone out to fix it for us. The biggest downside was that the internet was VERY slow (Like 2mbps) which did suck but we weren't there much except for sleeping and hanging out after the event. So maybe bring some board games :) Would still stay again 💛”

“Our stay was great from start to finish. Victoria was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The check-in was smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free right away. The place itself had plenty of space and was very comfortable. If you are someone with knee or hip issues I do not recommend,Location is clean, spacious, and comfy especially with the hot tub.Space does need more dishes and such for a family but bed and couches are comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. “It was somewhat clean. The weeds in the yard were 2 1/2 feet high. My kids didn’t mind playing in it though. The neighbors across the stre, beside the Daycare were Extremely loud at night. Communication with the owner was not good. It reads that it sleeps 6, but there’s only enough towels, plates and bowls for 4. The air worked well, so there’s that. We come to Atlanta A Lot for Sporting events, and there are better places for around the same price.”

“Property was fairly clean. However, there were other issues. The couch was broken on the sofa side and the cushions rested below the frame. The air conditioning system is either too small for the space or needs attention, as it was unable to keep up with the GA heat. There were visible gaps around the back door allowing light in and a/c out. The refrigerator appears to have an ice/water dispenser, but was not hooked up. The lack of electrical outlets does not even facilitate the appliances...
