“The house keeping could improve”

“When I first pulled into the parking area I saw 2 homeless men standing next to the hotel. My impression of the area was that they were attempting Xeriscaping, but failing miserably because there was trash everywhere. The sidewalks and curbs had not been cleaned possibly never. There was old furniture in the back parking area as well as old pallets. I don’t think they ever had any type of yard work. My room smelled moldy and when I looked in the bathroom ceiling, I knew why. Mold was all...

“I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas.”

“Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!”
