“This is very basic. The room is spacious and clean (but run down). The check-in staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was by far the worst we’ve had in a chain hotel. Everything was run out, no bagel, no cream cheese, no low fat milk etc. If you have one night before a flight this works fine but I would not stay for longer. ”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I...

“The hotel was in excellent condition both inside and out. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. It is conveniently located next to a freeway. .”

“Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. However, $38 daily parking for hotel guests is absurd. Please consider extra cost before booking. They may be afew bucks cheaper than other venues but most of other hotels don’t charge parking in the Austin area.”
