“Went thru two rooms before we got a room that looked and smelled clean. Housekeeping needs to improve their quality control. The manager did comp us our pet deposit back.”

“Only problem I had was with check-in. We didn't get clearance to check in until almost 5:30. Have always checked into rooms or condos no later than 4 p.m. If this could be more expedient, it would help those of us who travel a long way. We were allowed to use the amenities, however, while we waited, so this was helpful. We occupied room 705 and the window covering in the bedroom nearest the hallway needs updating. Too much light came in to make sleeping comfortable. Overall, a good stay!”
