“It was so cute. We loved all the wood.”

“While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. Body lotion was not provided, and we were not informed beforehand. Towels were supplied for our three-day stay; however, two of them had noticeable stains. Also, one of the bedroom lamps was not functioning. In addition, the jacuzzi was operational, but the water temperature could not be adjusted. Aside from these issues, everything else was satisfactory, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed had 4 pillows, they were small and flat. Together, 2 pillows made 1 standard pillow. The refrigerator worked well and had a separate freezer. The TV offered Google Cast which I was never able to use. I went through the entire set up process several times but still no results. I have a Fire TV stick that I normally use but the TV did not have an Input function to switch inputs and if I used the USB port used by the cable TV, it still wanted...

“Paying $300.00 a night was too expensive for what the Hampton Inn offered. Checking in was so unprofessional and unwelcoming. We did not know that our room would only be cleaned every other day. After unpacking, we were uncomfortable at how unkept our room was. It smelled, and the floor had about an inch of dust on it. The friendliest employees were the cleaning staff, so maybe they are understaffed??”

“My favorite part of our stay here was the helpful and caring staff. They went to great lengths to make you happy and welcome. Katie, the evening manager, went way out of her way to help us with our moving problem. She was very resourceful and kind. I always stay here when I am in the area.”
