“Smooth overall, super clean, staff OK, never saw them much. Grab & Go was Ok, needed some chairs......”

“The sheets on the top corner of the bed kept pulling off making an uncomfortable sleep. ”

“Everything was good, the only issue is that when booking there is a touchless option available that allows you to pick your room but when i arrived the digital key was not sent to my device resulting in having to go to the front desk for assistance. So much for "skipping the line" as it is stated on the app.”

“This hotel did not secure our booking and at 1.20 am after a 12 hour flight we were turned away and had to get back into our rental car (sooo tired) and drive app. 10 minutes to another hotel they had set us up in. Absolutely not OK. A confirmed booking should be secure. Shame on you Hampton!”

“This is a no-frills motel off of FM 1960 near Willowbrook. The room was clean and tidy same for the bathroom. Good working TV. The only complaint is that the room did not have a TV station guide to know which channels to locate movie channel. And it would be nice if the motel provided at least a basic Continental breakfast for guests. ”
