“This hotel did not secure our booking and at 1.20 am after a 12 hour flight we were turned away and had to get back into our rental car (sooo tired) and drive app. 10 minutes to another hotel they had set us up in. Absolutely not OK. A confirmed booking should be secure. Shame on you Hampton!”

“Found out upon arrival that the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Accepted it, but then we were assigned to a room that already had a couple in it. Just so happened that the clerk who checked us in came up the stairs as we were going to talk to her. Said she didn’t know the room she assigned us to had someone there. Gave us the room next door.
