Location very quiet and easy walking distance to down town, Tuktuks at US$2 fairly easily available on Street 26. but its surface and the side road to hotel off it, are poorly surfaced / unpaved and tricky in wet weather.Kitchenette and bathrooms well equipped but in need of modernization. The pool area is small but we had it all to ourselves as there is only about 8 rooms in the hotel. It has a nice comfortable bar a restaurant area with $1 draft beers in chilled glasses. The 2 guys that own the place are building a rooftop bar at the moment which will be great once finished and there are a few other bits and pieces they are working on around the place. “We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was absolutely huge. Very well furnished and appointed, although it could do with an update of the lounge suite. Pool was good. Check-in was a trick as the new security man did not understand English, hence our attempts at 'office, administration and check-in' were a waste of time. However, eventually all was solved.
