“Great location just a few blocks from downtown. Many great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable beds for a relaxing getaway. Also a great base camp for day trips throughout northern Michigan. We highly recommend and will book when we return.”

“The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.”

“I had planned a 'staycation' with my daughter & liked the location of this condo. The unit was dated. There was a stale odor upon arrival either from smoking or the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. The coffee pot 'please clean' light was on and the light over the stove in the microwave was burned out. The fireplace was nonfunctional. There was no heat in the bathrooms, and I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The most frustrating aspect was the faulty lock on the entrance...

“We had a great stay here. The condo is conveniently located to downtown we were excited to be so close to our favorite places to eat Playa Bowls and Middlecoast. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A box of tissues would be helpful though. Parking is across state street, about a 1-2 min walk. Jeff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Great stay!”

“We had an amazing weekend stay—shopping downtown, visiting a cider house and winery, trying new restaurants, and even hitting the casino. So much fun and a great getaway.”

“This was a lovely room in a quiet, beautiful setting. We enjoyed every moment in this piece of history. There’s so much to do in The Commons that you never have to leave the property. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet and peaceful. I can’t wait to come back. ”

“Location so close to shops and restaurants. Walls were a little thin, but we used a sound machine at night to cover up some neighbor noise/doors closing in hallway. Overall, neighbors weren't overtly loud, or unreasonable, or anything, the walls were just a little thin. We will continue to stay at this property every time we make the trip to Traverse!”
