“We stayed with our four kids and brought the boat. The kids fished off the dock where we parked the boat during our stay. In walking distance of a grocery store, Fiddleheads breakfast/lunch spot, the Boathouse Winery, the Capital Dog (great ice cream), a True Value and even a gas station.Plenty of seating on the deck and the four queen beds (two were pull out couches) worked for our family. “For price of renting bedrooms shd b nicer. No place to put clothes BR furniture a disaster. Bathrooms need to be cleaner and rugs in BR are really bad. Did not see one fire detector or carbon monoxide detector. Location fabulous, overall place ok not great. A bear came into yard and and a raccoon was able to enter through the disastrous windows.Laundry facility not great. Again for the price they are getting there are areas that need a lot of work.”

“The house was exactly as shown. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Hot tub was added bonus. Check in was a breeze and communication with the property manager was instant. Highly recommend!”

“My fiancé and I stayed here as a quick get away before our wedding. We love the outdoors and all the beauty of Michigan. This place was the perfect spot for that. We were so close to some of the best views and great places to eat. It was absolutely perfect! The home itself was beautiful. Everything within the home was put together with such great detail, you can tell a lot of love went into this home. The sauna was also a great perk! “Great location and plenty of space for 3 generations (3 adults, 3 kids). Country setting, but perfect for day trips to Traverse City, Glen Arbor, Pyramid Point! Close to main road, but in quiet neighborhood. We felt safe. Only concern was kitchen. Smoke alarm sounded after attempted oven use, and oven burners all lit sometimes with one burner on. 😮 We rinsed every kitchen item before use. We would rent again.”

“Great location! Needs a little TLC. Getting a little tired and worn. Some clean rugs and a new shower curtain would help. Also, need more than two sets of towels. Could be a really great place to stay otherwise.”

“The cottage was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and super convenient, just a couple blocks from downtown, only a few min to the beach. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and it is very cute inside. Communication with the property manager was great and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again!”
