“Overall, it was a poor experience. Staff were lukewarm and transactional. The room is in disrepair with chunks missing out of the floor and a strange smell. The shower head leaked more water than what came out of the head. The sink faucet leaked too. The TV didn't work and it was reported twice. The AC worked well and it was pretty quiet. “I traveled with my sister for a concert at First Financial Amphitheater. We researched where to stay and landed on Arrive as it’s only a 15 min drive to the venue. The hotel itself is cute and clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. The surrounding area however felt a bit shady and unsafe. Lots of police activity due to the unhoused population in the park across the street. Other than that though, we had a pleasant stay.”
