“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. “Great area of North Van, parking is easy, some things need updating (fan in bathroom, mattress on bed), but otherwise as described.”

“It was perfect for Brookings outings, the outside area makes it perfect for space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation. The only suggestions I would say is bathroom has a smell of mildew and the fire pit doesn't seem to want to really work. But still can't wait to plan another trip here.”
