“Clean room nice staff made our check in early goes smooth and fast.”

“My mattress was uneven but I am happy with the quick response from the hotel. I also received a complimentary breakfast because of it but the restaurant host struggled to find it under my room even with the message on my phone clearly stating it was there. It was quite awkward.. the host made me feel as though I was asking for a free breakfast. It might be helpful to have the complimentary breakfast message out in a comment everyone can see at once.. he made me feel as though I was making it up...

“Housekeeping cleaned our room, but left the door open when they left. Luckily, nothing was missing. We ordered a drink at the rooftop bar, but when the sun went down we took the drink to the lobby bar. We were told that "outside" drinks were not allowed. When I indicated that the drink was a hotel beverage, the hostess didn't seem to care. Considering it's a $25 cocktail, she refused to have it sent to our room. POOR service in my opinion”

“I mentioned that it was a trip to celebrate my friend's birthday, so they sent a small cake. We originally booked for four people, but one friend couldn't go because they were injured, so we were going with three. We requested a room upgrade, but that didn't happen. Nevertheless, we had a great stay.”
