“The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.”

“We enjoy our stay in this lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver by car. Parking was easy, as was access to the house.
