“Dreadful. I want a refund.
Displayed on the site as a cozy house in a quiet spot, the accommodation is back rooms of a dingy cafe, on a main road.
No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room.
Talking with a disembodied and uncivil person standing in a carpark was NOT HOW THE...

“Have stayed previously at 6 other places in Launceston. I rate this as the best. Clean,safe ,close to CBD ,lovely brekkie with city view. Superb and friendly staff.
I will return. Amenities abundant in room with biscuits for a cuppa.A wall heater to combat water chills. Don’t miss it!”
