“Poor maintenance of the property ”

“Beautiful property in a lovely quiet area. Everything you need in the clean and tidy room and a great base for exploring. Fans available during the warm weather, a lovely table and chairs with umbrella to sit out at on an evening. The breakfast for £9 was excellent nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Parking brilliant and was lovely to see Buddy the dog pottering around with his ball. Thank you for having us.”

“Wonderfully maintained and clean property. Good breakfast served by very friendly lady who looked after us throughout our stay. Very large room overlooking gardens with plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to book here again if we are in Great Yarmouth.”

“Everything abou the experience of staying there was awful booked a room with two rooms and was told there were no rooms left. So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready. And when we came back to the hotel we entered the single room it was small smelly and had dirt and no amenities whatsoever. We had a small child with us as well. The only god thing from this awful...

“Well located. Owner friendly and helpful. Room had a fan (no aircon) which was tricky in the June 26 heatwave. Probably fine in normal weather.”

“Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.”

“Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. ”
