“The place needs renovations. There was mold in the corners of the shower. The hallway rug is very dirty, actually gross. The bed is uncomfortable and hard. The pillows are small. When we checked in the person seemed annoyed that we were there. They didn’t have Diet Coke stocked, they were out. We wanted to use the pool and couldn’t get in the room. We asked the front desk for help and they said they would be there in a minute and never came to let us into the pool and hot tub. Breakfast...

“Clean room”

“The room was spotless! Staff was lovely and more than helpful, with the exception of one male on the evening shift, who was snippy and unhelpful. Everyone else was lovely! Parking is convenient and plenty of it. Breakfast had lots of options and it was fresh and tasty. I LOVE staying here, and we do stay here every year when we come to town.”

“Check in went smoothly. Got to room, which looked clean. Sat on bed to relax after the drive. After about an hour, decided to turn on tv. It wouldn’t come on. Asked a housekeeping gal if she could get it on. She came in & said she couldn’t. And the AC wasn’t working either. Called to desk & the moved me from 1st floor to 4th. Was gone until later. Came home & went to bed. Realized about midnight that every time the AC kicked on, it made a horrible annoying sound for about 90 seconds. Woke me up...
