“We loved the location of the house & it was so quiet & peaceful. It rained our entire stay but we were able to sit outside & enjoy the sounds of the waterfall & watch the occasional duck swim by. Definitely will stay again if ever going back to Hot Springs”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and welcoming. A couple things to be aware of; the second bedroom is really a loft, there is no privacy other than being upstairs. Also, the home is in a populated area so we were disappointed by the number of homes that were right next-door to us and in front of us.The dock was at the end of the driveway and there was no land around it. We felt that we would have more of a water view and access to the shore. We also had some trouble with wasps...

“We found the property to be exactly as described in the listing. The property was well-maintained and clean. The location is semi-isolated and very peaceful.The only issue during our stay was the non-stop rain, but of course that was no fault of the owner.It was interesting to watch the swift currents on Bull Bayou rushing past the property. “The house was cute but there was a leak in top floor bathroom tub/shower. They texted the next day and asked it they could come fix it and I said yes go looking at leaves changing came back not fixed. Told me they had to go to LR to get supplies I said no problem. I was told they could bring tools to use the tub I thought the fix was going to take one day maybe 2 but since I said no problem I guess that meant dont fix it. My Mom had both of her hips replaced so she was staying on top so she...

“Exactly as described! Rooms were great, especially the bunk room for kids. Our family lived on the nice big deck and really enjoyed the hot tub and kayaks. Appreciated that the kitchen was adequately stocked to have enough of everything, like coffee cups, for all guests. Would definitely stay again!”
