This beautiful property is located in a quiet local neighbourhood nestled between the township of Normanville and Links Lady Bay, one of SA's premier regional golf courses - short walk to the main street and a very quick drive to Normanville or Carrickalinga beaches.

The 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests, 2 bathrooms, 2 completely separate living areas, multiple outdoor undercover entertainment areas, solar heated swimming pool, fire pit during winter, a modern kitchen, coffee machine, Wifi, 2 x Apple TV units.



Upstairs is the elevated gathering space, a stunning open plan living and entertaining area with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to front and rear balconies - alfresco living is just one step away.



The kitchen and dining area is perfectly positioned offering a direct visual of the back yard and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous Tasmanian oak dining table, a large island bench, plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery, and every appliance necessary to allow for effortless cooking at home.



Beautiful light-filled lounge area with low line couches, flat-screen TV, apple tv unit, and a sensational rural outlook of the hills to the east.



Upstairs is completed with the master king-size bedroom which has its own access to the front balcony and an all-in-one stylish bathroom.



Downstairs is a perfect spot for the children or a great teenagers retreat with a large 2nd living area complete with flat-screen apple tv, and kids corner/ board games.



You will also find the main 3-way bathroom, laundry and three other bedrooms located downstairs.

Normanville is a stunning beachside township, with a heady mix of cafes, restaurants and coastally inspired retail shops, neatly tuck in between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is beautifully sheltered with clear blue water and fine white sand - popular for swimming, fishing off the jetty and beach cricket.

Bed configuration: 4 bedrooms to sleep a maximum of 11 guests.



Upstairs - Bedroom 1: King bed.

Downstairs – Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3 also has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds (offering 4 singles)



Bathroom: One is located upstairs and downstairs to include a bathtub, outdoor shower adjacent the gazebo.



Special features: Solar heated swimming pool - Note pool is closed from the end of April and opens in early October.



Fire pit during non fire ban seasons.

Pets: Are welcome at Splash 💦 ( a maximum of 2) but are strictly outside only please and no pets on our outdoor lounges. Additional cleaning and laundry fees will apply if pets have been in the home.



Please use the side gate to enter with pets, key will be provided at check in.



Fenced: Fully enclosed rear yard.



Carport: Undercover carport available (1 car spot)



Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included as part of your overall rental fee.



The clean up and exit tidy requirements around cleaning up and putting away dishes, putting bins out etc are included on the fridge and in the guest handbook.



Bedding: All quilts, quilt covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided. However, welcome to bring your own pillows, it is your home while you are here after all.



Linen: All Provided

Sheets and bath towels are all provided and the cost is included in your rental fee or you can choose to bring your own. Just need to bring your own pool towels.
