Villa 91 is where the day slows down — and the lagoon becomes something you return to again and again as the light shifts.

Set at the head of the lagoon, this villa holds one of the most expansive outlooks within South Shores. From soft morning calm to the glow of late afternoon sun, it’s a place that naturally draws you outside, settles you in, and invites you to stay a little longer.

Please note: Linen and bath towels are NOT supplied. Guests can either BYO or arrange to hire linen.

Villa 91 is designed to make the most of its elevated lagoon position, with living upstairs and bedrooms below.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area flows seamlessly out through bifold doors to a balcony overlooking the full length of the lagoon. It’s the perfect place for long lunches, evening drinks, and watching the sun drop across the water - a daily rhythm that quickly becomes the highlight of your stay.

The space is light, relaxed, and easy to settle into, with everything centred around the view.

Downstairs, the bedrooms offer a quiet retreat. The master suite opens directly onto a private deck at the water’s edge - a peaceful place to start the day with coffee or unwind in complete stillness. It also features an ensuite for added comfort.

Bedrooms two and three are well-sized and share a central bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or small groups.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Additional 4 persons as DAY visitors allowed during stay - Max 7 persons overnight.

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
