“The staff was rude. When I check in they didn't greet me. Then gave me a room that was already being used by another person who was not in the room at the time , but the belongings was. Went back to the counter and told the person. He got upset. Then gave me another room. Didn't say when breakfast was. Didn't say that the pool was closed. He didn't say anything at all. “We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”

“HVAC in the room was toooo noisy 11/10 couldn’t sleep, so had to change the room, other room 8/10. Breakfast was basic but was just all frozen food microwaved and served. Good location but just good for one drive by night not for multiple night stay.”
