“I hate booking through Expedia because it’s always an issue. Hotel was nice overall. But I reserved for a double bed only to get there and be told they didn’t have any double bed rooms available . It was after midnight, so I did t have much of a choice left. Hotel staff did accommodate my daughter with a roll away bed that was clean and comfy so it worked out. Room was clean , breakfast was good. I would stay here again”

“The rooms smelled a lot smoke. The first room was so Smokey that my 8-year old didn’t want to go in to it. The front desk helped us to look at other rooms, and the third room we saw was ok for my son (but still smelled like smoke). The hotel was clean, so if you don’t mind cigaret smoke it’s a ok place to stay. But if you are sensitive for smoke or travel with children I would recommend to choose a different hotel. ”

“Front desk staff were superb!”

“No hot water, the room was not clean at all, drawers that wouldn't close on TV stand so they stayed pulled out, left with only 2 1/2 rools of toilet paper when we checked in, AC only worked in one room so one room was freezing while the other was so hot. Beds and couch extremely uncomfortable andno staff to be found when it was time to check out. We definitely not return.”

“I’ve stayed here before and really like the location, amenities and staff”

“Rooms were clean, in a nice location with a park like feel. Disappointed that breakfast was not included considering the higher price range. They charge $16 per person for breakfast buffet.”

“very clean, food excellent, very big rooms, just way too many customers in their bare feet eating breakfast was kind of disgusting”

“Slightly over priced and breakfast wasn't included.. I've heard a lot about Aloft properties so I decided to try th out. They need to pay more attention to the bathroom design. No ledges nor shelving to hold your personal shower items. I had to leave the shower door open and grab my items from the nearby toilet seat that I had to cover with a towel.”
